Fuller All Abilities Park
Children of all ages and abilities should have the opportunity to feel the utter exhilaration of having fun on a playground. But children with disabilities often cannot play on a standard playground and therefore cannot take advantage of the amazing benefits that play provides. Fuller All Abilities Park gives all children in Happy Valley the chance to play, grow and learn, side by side, while developing their physical, cognitive and sensory abilities.
The park was a combined effort involving Rotary, GameTime Inc., The City of Happy Valley and other community participants. The Rotary Club of Clackamas provided countless hours of volunteer labor and The Clackamas Rotary Foundation contributed more than $100,000 toward the completion of the park, which officially opened on February 22, 2020.
