Clackamas Rotary Foundation Golf Classic

Back in 1992 the inaugural Clackamas Rotary Foundation golf tournament teed off at a modest par-three course.  The event chairperson was thrilled when the club treasurer presented him with a paper sack filled with cash and checks totaling about $1000.

Little did they know that the annual affair would eventually grow into an event recognized as one of the finest and most fun golf tournaments in the metropolitan area.  Over the years the tournament has generated more than $750,000 for many worthy charitable organizations.

Now titled the Clackamas Rotary Foundation Golf Classic, the event is held at the beautiful Stone Creek Golf Club and typically attracts a capacity field of 144 golfers plus many non-golfers who attend the awards banquet.
